Privacy Policy

The short version

We're a small parking lot in downtown Austin. We collect only the information we need to serve you and run our business. We don't sell your data. We use a small number of well-known vendors to run the website and email; their privacy practices are listed below.

What we collect

• Contact form submissions: name, email, topic, and message — only when you submit our contact form.
• Validation enrollment submissions: business name, type, contact name, role, email, phone, address, and any notes — only when a business enrolls.
• Server logs: our hosting provider records IP addresses, request paths, and user-agent strings for security and debugging. These logs are retained for a short period and are not used to build a profile.
• Onsite cameras and gates: when you park at 715 Nueces, signage and entry gates may capture vehicle images for operations and security.

We do not currently use website cookies for tracking or advertising. If we add analytics in the future, this page will be updated and a clear notice will appear on the site.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry or set up your account
• To send transactional updates about your parking, valet, or validation arrangement
• To run the business — billing, accounting, security, and required tax / legal records
• To improve the website and our services

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not use your information for behavioral advertising or share it with advertising networks.

Vendors we use

• Vercel — website hosting and request logs.
• Resend — transactional email delivery for form notifications and customer correspondence.

Each of these vendors handles your data only to perform the service we've hired them for, under their own privacy policies.

Your choices

• Access and correction: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
• Deletion: request that we delete your contact or enrollment record. Some records (billing, tax, security logs) may be retained where required by law.
• California residents: the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you specific rights including disclosure, deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell personal information.

Children

The website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We'll post material changes to this policy here and update the "last updated" date above. Significant changes will also be noted on the homepage for at least 30 days.
