Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the ANW Parking & Valet website (715 Nueces Street, Austin, TX 78701) and the services we offer through it — daily, monthly, valet, validation, and event parking. By using the site or the lot, you agree to these terms.

Parking on the lot

• Posted rates and hours at the lot entrance and on this site control. We may update them with notice.
• You are responsible for locking your vehicle and removing valuables. We are not liable for loss or damage to vehicles or contents while parked, except where required by law.
• We may refuse service, tow improperly parked vehicles, or terminate a monthly arrangement for non-payment, abuse of the lot, or unsafe behavior.

Valet service

Our valet service is operated under a separate written agreement and our certificate of insurance. Liability for valet-attended vehicles is governed by that agreement and applicable Texas statute. Ask for a copy at the time of service.

Monthly parking

• Monthly billing is recurring; you can cancel at any time.
• A monthly subscription guarantees access to the lot, not a specific spot.
• Failed or disputed payments may pause access until resolved.

Validation program

Enrollment in our validation program is free; participating businesses are billed only for redeemed validations on the schedule outlined in the validation agreement provided at enrollment.

Website use

• The site, copy, photos, and brand marks are owned by ANW Parking & Valet. You may share links and excerpts with attribution; please don't republish wholesale.
• Don't scrape, attack, abuse, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site.
• Form submissions must be truthful and made by the person they describe.

Disclaimers

The website is provided "as is." We don't warrant that it will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser. Information on this site is provided for general purposes; if it conflicts with information posted at the lot, the lot signage controls.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANW Parking & Valet and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or the lot. Our total liability for any claim relating to website use is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months for services that gave rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas are the exclusive venue for any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be noted on this page and dated above. Continued use of the site or lot after a change constitutes acceptance.
