Daily Parking
Eighty surface spots a few blocks from the Capitol. Pay by card at the lot or online. Hourly to all-day pricing posted at the entrance.
Monthly Parking
For downtown workers who want one fewer thing to think about. Pay by card, cancel anytime, weekends on the All Access plan.
Event Valet
We arrange valet for downtown events, private functions, and partner venues, one event at a time. Send us a date and we will tell you whether we can staff it.
Event Pedicab
Leave the car at the lot and ride a pedicab out to ACL, a UT game, a concert or any downtown event. On ACL weekends we schedule a pedicab to be around the lot while people are parking; for other events, ask ahead and we coordinate the pickup. It goes one way, lot to event, and we can't help with the ride back. You pay the driver directly, usually about $15 plus a tip.
Markets & Event Buy-out
Eighty open spots a few blocks from the Capitol, a flexible footprint for morning markets, pop-ups, food-truck rallies, and private parties. We're actively looking for a recurring morning market partner.
