Parking for Veterans Parade.
The Veterans Parade runs up Congress Avenue on the first Saturday of November, closing the avenue through the middle of the day.
The route is 7 to 10 minutes on foot
Park at 715 Nueces Street, Austin, TX 78701. Gated entry runs 24 hours, so the car is never on a clock that runs out before you are done.
Where to park for Veterans Parade
Parade days make Congress unusable for parking and awkward for driving. Coming in from the west and leaving the car off the route is the difference between watching the parade and waiting for it to finish so you can move.
