Parking near Bullock Museum.
The Bullock Texas State History Museum and the Blanton sit just north of the Capitol grounds, about fourteen minutes from the lot. The walk goes straight past the Capitol lawn, which makes it a reasonable single stop for a museum morning and a Capitol tour in the same visit.
